By booking with M Lash & Beauty, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our salon policy. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. The credit card used will only reserve the appointment. Therefore, there are no billing charges unless there is a cancellation or no-show.

Your appointments are very important to us and we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment time. If you are a no-show, cancel or reschedule before this time you will be charged 50% of the service price. 
 Arriving late will rob you of service time as each appointment is finished as scheduled as a courtesy to the next client. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled. Out of respect and consideration for your stylist and other clients, please do your best to be on time.
